A few things to try at home, for free
Sleep comes with different qualities, just as food does. Unfortunately, some people struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep.
If this is true for you, try listening to this download as you try to snooze off. Listening through headphones might be better, but you do what suits you best.

I was a secondary school teacher for 23 years and I have all to often seen the stress that comes from having to revise. This gentle hypnotherapy download can be listened to as an aid to relaxation in stressful times.
Remember to listen when you can be calm and relaxed, preferably when you are about to drift off to sleep. Remember to set an alarm if you need to wake up!
