Sleep comes with different qualities, just as food does. Unfortunately, some people struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep.

If this is true for you, try listening to this download as you try to snooze off. Listening through headphones might be better, but you do what suits you best.

They can be useful for starting conversations, or helping someone else to see how you are feeling. Everything here is free for you to access and to keep. It is added to regularly so do check back in, and if you would like other sections to be added please let me know.
